Here’s your cheap, effective remedy against overeating and substance abuse:
We tend to want to eat and drink after work, as a sort of reward for the work that we did that day.
When we make sure we are Directly Motivated with what we are doing, our activities and job brings us satisfaction, which is the reward. Then, we don’t have those cravings when the job is done.
Your mind is what is tricking you into maintaining your addiction, but your mind is also what will help set you free. Train your brain to fully express your true self at all times and watch your problems melt away!
