We do need more time for reflection and self-management. We also need new guidelines that help us ground in ourselves in this tumultuous world.

The values of our parents turn out to be not always usable anymore; times have changed. We need to become more self-reliant as often we live far away from our native town or even country. We need to stand firm and learn to think for our selves.
