If only I could stop tossing and turning — over and over — during the night. I'm so sick of having brain fog, a short temper, and low energy all the time. I just want to wake up refreshed!

Can you relate to the above statement?

If so, you're not alone.

My sleepless nights began after the birth of my first daughter. Insomnia reared its ugly head and took a stronghold as soon as maternity leave ended and I returned to work . . . It controlled my life for years.

Getting to know what’s really keeping you awake at night is a slow process.

The roots of your insomnia run deep and unearthing them takes time and work.

But it’s worth every minute because unlike sleeping pills, the Sense of Self (SoS) Method is the secret cure for insomnia that lasts a lifetime.

Why Is Sleep So Important?

You have the right to be who you were born to be, no matter what you’ve been made to understand up until now. I was made to understand otherwise for a long time.

Getting to know my real motivations has helped me cultivate life-changing happiness and productivity, and I want to share the tools I’ve developed so you can begin to change your own life.

Getting a good night’s sleep is key to leading a fulfilling and authentic life, and vice versa. You can’t have one without the other. And knowing the reasons behind your choices and behavior—the reasons that are unique to you and your experience—will help you to attain both.

My struggle with insomnia was a blessing in disguise, as it gave me the opportunity to discover my authentic, true Self and develop the Sense of Self (SoS) Method.  It's my mission to help other people on the path to healing and Self-liberation.

Your friends, family, and doctor have plenty of well-meaning suggestions for getting a good night's sleep:

  • avoid caffeine,
  • do gentle yoga,
  • try aromatherapy,
  • drink warm milk,
  • bathe in warm milk,
  • get regular exercise,
  • do guided meditations,
  • try herbal tea & tinctures,
  • listen to relaxation audios . . .

Maybe even sleeping pills?

But nothing’s worked for you long-term.

No matter what you’ve tried, you can’t stop fighting to fall asleep at night?

It's all-consuming, exhausting, frustrating, and confusing . . .

I've been there.

Insomnia & Its Vicious Cycle

And what happens when you're stuck with the chronic inability to fall asleep?

  • Your health suffers.
  • Your performance at work suffers.
  • You're always dragging around.
  • And you're a total drag to be around!
  • You feel completely out of it all the time.
  • You don’t have the motivation to enjoy your favorite activities.
  • You have zero energy to do fun things with your friends & family.

You want to know . . .

What's wrong with me?!

Why can't I fall asleep?!

I didn’t know the answers to these questions, but I knew one thing: I didn’t want to be on sleep pills for the rest of my life.  So let me ask you . . .

How would your life change if you could get a good night’s sleep?

My initial attempts at figuring out why I couldn't sleep were focused on exterior factors.  And I didn't think I'd ever find a cure for insomnia.  I had unknowingly been conditioned to base my self-worth and sense of “realness” on external validation, namely, the approval of others. I didn’t trust my intrinsic value as a person.

Finding the Cure for Insomnia

The major shift came for me when I no longer looked outside of myself for answers.

When I started looking within for the cause of my insomnia and my world forever changed.

I spent years recording my observations: my patterns, my thoughts, and actions . . .

I was digging for the real motives behind my everyday behavior.

Why did I make the decisions I made?

Why did I react to everyday annoyances and pressures so emotionally?

Insomnia stemmed from my fear that I'd never be good enough.

And as it turns out, insomnia was the key to realizing that I lacked a strong sense of self.

I couldn’t just trust my intuition, my heart, or my spirit to guide me.

I didn’t understand how to live as my true, authentic Self.

If you’ve read this far, I’m guessing you can relate.

When you overcome your insomnia you will:

  • clear your brain fog
  • remember things easily
  • be fun and pleasant to be around
  • look awake and feel alive each day
  • be creative and productive at work
  • have energy to enjoy your favorite activities
  • feel and behave like a loveable human being again

Now it's your turn . . .
