Steps to a Restored Sense of Self

 

  1. My life and my body are mine.
  2. I experience my Self directly.
  3. I think for myself.
  4. I am present to the Here and Now.
  5. I see other people for who they are.
  6. My conversations occur to transfer information or just for the heck of it.
  7. My work/doing is to get from A – B or Z.
  8. I have access to my own preferences, opinions, and feelings.
  9. I am consciously aware of my five/six senses.
  10. Relapse is always lurking.
  11. I am ready to share my life with others.
  12. I am ready to be part of a healthy community.
