Here is a cheap remedy against overeating, substance abuse.
We tend to want to eat and drink after work, as a sort of a reward for what we did that day.
If we want to free ourselves from those habits/addiction we have to make sure our way of living brings the rewards during the day so we do not need it at night.
In other words we have to stop procrastinating finding out what really gives us joy AND DO IT!
