Thought of the Day: September 13, 2012

Once Confucius was asked by a disciple how to be happy, how to be blissful.

Confucius said, “You are asking a strange question; these things are natural. No rose asks how to be a rose.” As far as sadness and misery are concerned, you will have enough time in your grave; then you can be miserable to your heart’s content. But while you are alive, be totally alive. Out of this totality and intensity will arise happiness, and a happy man certainly learns to dance. I agree with the old Bali proverb. ~Osho
