A way of remembering the gist of the SoS Method, whereby you move away from the addiction to “Feeling-good-about-self”, towards the correct way of Sensing yourself, awareness of your body, your emotions and your mind.
Cross out the judgmental word “about” as well as the word “good”: You should be feeling good about yourself no matter what! What is left is what the SoS Method is all about: “Feel-self” or “Sense Your Self.”
This is meant as a reminder of the solution to each one of your problems. If you do not know the answer to specific questions get in touch with your Self. Ask your subconscious what the answer could be, address your “Higher Power” or listen to the wisdom of your body. Truly sensing your Self puts everything in perspective and will give you peace of mind. Now there is room for gratitude and joy!
